120 g of sugar
1 zest of yellow lemon
3 eggs
125 g of butter
1 pinch of salt
250 g of plain flour
1 sachet of baking powder
30 ml of yellow lemon juice
200 g of strawberries

Preheat the oven to 180 °C.

In the metal bowl, place all the ingredients except the strawberries and run the program.

- 3 eggs
- 125 g of butter
- 1 pinch of salt
- 250 g of plain flour
- 1 sachet of baking powder
- 30 ml of yellow lemon juice
- 200 g of strawberries

Fold in and add the diced strawberries by hand.
Line muffin tins with paper ramekins.
Bake for about 25 minutes.
