Delicious drizzled over a fruit salad. You can also turn this sauce into a sweet and savoury version by adding 2 tbsp olive oil, salt and pepper. This is a tasty addition to grilled fish.
RECIPE STEPS

Squeeze the citrus fruit using the Citrus Press with the grey cone (for large citrus fruits).
If you prefer juice without the pulp, place the Pulp System on the motor shaft in the bowl before fitting the Citrus Press.
- 2 orange juice
- 1 grapefruit
- 1 lemon

Pour the juice into a thick-bottomed saucepan.
Add the honey, saffron and a pinch of the chilli (or Espelette) pepper.
Leave to reduce for about 15 minutes over a low heat, until a syrupy consistency is achieved.
