
Savoury cookies

300 g plain flour
75 ml olive oil
65 ml milk
1 egg
4 tbsp parmesan
1 sachet baking powder (11 g)
2 tbsp dried rosemary
1 pinch salt
1 pinch pepper
100 g black olives

Preheat your oven to 180°C.
Add the flour, olive oil, milk, egg, parmesan, baking powder and dried rosemary to the bowl fitted with the dough hook.
Season with salt and pepper then start the food processor. Run for 30 seconds.

Add the black olives then run for 20 seconds.
- 100 g black olives

Use a tablespoon to transfer small piles of the dough onto a baking tray lined with baking parchment, leaving some space between each cookie.

Bake for 12 to 15 minutes.
Allow to cool.
