For a red berry coulis, replace half the raspberries with strawberries. You can use the SmoothieMix accessory to make the coulis even better. The coulis is excellent addition to a cheesecake.
RECIPE STEPS

Wash the raspberries.

Put the raspberries and sugar in the food processing bowl with the metal blade.
- 500 g raspberries
- 150 g sugar

Add a few drops of lemon juice. Blend for 1 minute.
- 1 tsp lemon juice

Taste the coulis. Add a little sugar, if necessary.

Pass the coulis through a sieve to remove the pips.

Store in the fridge.
