If you are making a lot of flans and need extra cooking space; you can place some in a bain-marie and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 25 minutes. Adjust the cooking time if needed.
RECIPE STEPS

Pour 0.5L water into the metal bowl and fit the steamer basket.

Peel and chop the courgette into small sections then put them in the steamer basket.
Run the program.

When the program has finished, discard the water and finely dice the courgettes.
