Fresh prawn dip




20 pieces
600 g of cooked prawns
100 g good quality whole egg mayonnaise
120 g crème fraiche
2 tbsp fresh chives, finely chopped
1 tbsp tomato sauce
0.5 lemon juice
0.5 tsp cayenne pepper
1 pinch salt
1 pinch pepper
RECIPE STEPS

Assemble your food processor's main bowl and main blade. Add ingredients and pulse until well combined.
- 600 g of cooked prawns
- 100 g good quality whole egg mayonnaise
- 120 g crème fraiche
- 1 tbsp tomato sauce
- 0.5 lemon juice
- 0.5 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 pinch pepper

Serve with crostini and crudites. Garnish with some freshly chopped chives.
