500 g salmon fillets, cubed
500 g cooked rice to serve
2 garlic cloves, germs removed
2 onions, quartered
1 tbsp oil
1 tbsp turmeric
1 tbsp curry poweder or garam masala
300 ml coconut milk
200 g mangetout or snow peas
1 shallots, sliced finely
1 chilli (optional)
1 pinch salt
1 pinch pepper

Serve the salmon over steamed rice and sprinkle with sliced shallot.

Marinate salmon in juice of 1 lime for at least 15-30 minutes
- 500 g salmon fillets, cubed

In the Cook Expert stainless steel bowl, process the garlic and onions.

Scrape down the mixture, add the oil and spices, select STIR FRY for 3 to 4 minutes reducing the heat a little if desired (for those who have not updated their machine: EXPERT 5mins/2A/100 degrees)

Add the coconut milk, fish, snow peas and chilli, select EXPERT and cook for 15 minutes at 100 degrees, 1A – then switch to O after one or two rounds on 1A.

Let the fish rest in the bowl for a few minutes as it will continue cooking with the residual heat (thereby avoiding to overcook the fish).
