Juice and zest the lemon.

Fit the food processing bowl with the mini bowl.
Put the ingredients into the mini bowl and run the program for about 1 minute.

Place the buttercream into a piping bag fitted with a star nozzle and refrigerate for at least one hour before decorating

yummy icing, I used orange rind instead of lemon because I made a orange cake, both turned out great
