You also have four disc attachments that will make quick work of slicing and grating. Total Control

With time, speed and temperature all controllable by you, the Cook Expert takes the guesswork out of cooking. The temperature ranges from no heat up to 160°C and the cooking time can be set to up to 4 hours for that ultimate slow simmer. You can choose different speeds, or none at all. For example, speed 1A is very slow (A for alternating) – it will turn slowly for a short while then stops and repeats. This is ideal for stews where you want to retain chunky vegetables or meats. 2A is a bit faster and still alternates which makes it perfect for risottos or rice pudding. You also have a wide range of continuous speeds from 3 through to extremely fast at 18. With a transparent lid you can see the food being prepared and adjust the speed or time as needed.

Precision

There are some recipes where precision is important, particularly when it comes to temperature. For example, jams, candies, melting and tempering chocolate often require a specific temperature setting for a period of cooking. With the Cook Expert you can set the temperature (precise to one degree) and time of cooking, meaning no guessing or using a thermometer. The induction base means you can reach the desired temperature quickly for when precision really matters.
