280 g of plain flour

70 g of almond powder

1 egg

1 pinch of salt

1 tsp of vanilla extract

30 almonds

25 g of strawberry jam

Place the sugar in the metal bowl and run the program. Fold in.

Add the flour, almond powder, egg, salt, and vanilla and run the program.

Form a ball and then reshape into 30 small balls. Then shape a small sausage in the shape of a finger. Place an almond at the end of each finger to form the nails. Carve the sausages by forming wrinkles and folds with the tip of a knife.

Let the fingers rest for 30 minutes in the fridge.

Preheat the oven to 180 °C. Place the fingers on a tray lined with baking paper. Bake for about 18 minutes.

When the fingers have cooled down well, add a little strawberry jam to create a bloody effect.
