2 tbsp of sunflower seeds
1 tbsp of flaxseeds
1 tbsp of poppy seeds
125 g of natural yoghurt
2 tbsp of fresh chives
100 g of sliced radishes
100 g of carrot sticks
100 g of cherry tomatoes
100 g of cucumber

For a vegan dip, substitute yoghurt with silken tofu or hummus.
RECIPE STEPS

Place the 3 varieties of seeds in the mill attachment then PULSE for 10 seconds to reduce to powder.
- 2 tbsp of sunflower seeds
- 1 tbsp of flaxseeds
- 1 tbsp of poppy seeds

Add the yoghurt and chives and PULSE again for 10 seconds.
- 125 g of natural yoghurt
- 2 tbsp of fresh chives

Pour into a cup. Add salt and pepper.
Keep the mixture cool.

Arrange the crunchy vegetables onto a large serving plate, alternating colours, and place the cup with your dip in the centre of the plate.
