250 g tuna

4 eggs

80 g of gruyère

120 ml single cream

1 spring onion

1 sprig chive

Chef's tip

You can enjoy the flans hot as a main course and serve with vegetables and a tomato coulis, or as a starter with a green salad.

RECIPE STEPS

Preheat the oven to 210°C.

Quarter the onion and finely chop the chives. Crumble the tuna.
  • 250 g tuna
  • 1 sprig chive

Break the eggs into the Blender bowl. Add the cream and then the rest of the ingredients. Run the programme: speed 1/10 seconds then speed 2/20 seconds.

If needed, scrape down the wall of the bowl with a spatula. Pour into a buttered cake tin (or silicone mold) and bake for 30 to 40 minutes.
