15 sprigs chives

1 tsp fine mustard

1 pinch salt

1 pinch pepper

1 shallot

185 g tuna in brine

2 tbsp cream cheese

Fit the food processing bowl along with the mini bowl and mini blade.

Drain the tuna and place it in the mini bowl.

Wash and chop the chervil and chives. Place them in the mini bowl.

Pour in the juice of half a lemon. Quarter the shallot and place into the mini bowl.

Add the mustard and cream cheese.

Salt and pepper. Run the program for about 10 seconds.
