200 ml of milk

60 g of rolled oats

1 tbsp of chia seeds

1 banana

150 g of frozen mango pieces

RECIPE STEPS

Place the milk, oat flakes, chia seeds, banana and mango in the glass jug then start the programme.
  • 200 ml of milk
  • 60 g of rolled oats
  • 1 tbsp of chia seeds
  • 150 g of frozen mango pieces
  • 1 banana

Restart the programme a second time for a smoother texture.

Mix and leave to rest for 30 minutes in the refrigerator.

Top with muesli and serve.
