200 ml water
3 eggs
15 g of sugar

You can replace half the water with milk to make a softer pastry. Oven instructions: Choose conventional heat rather than fan assisted. Do not open the oven while baking. Once the cooking is complete and the choux puffs golden, allow them to cool in the oven with the door ajar to prevent the choux from collapsing.
RECIPE STEPS

Heat the oven to 180°C.

Place the diced butter and water in the metal bowl. Run the program.
- 80 g of butter
- 15 g of sugar
- 200 ml water

Add the ingredients, remove the cap and run the program.

The dough should form a ball.
Rerun the program.
Gradually add the eggs, one by one, through the opening while the program is running.

Pour the dough into a pastry bag and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
