1 frozen squid (already cleaned)

5 potatoes

You can also use fresh squid and reduce cooking time by 5-10 minutes if necessary. You can cook other types of shellfish the same way (small squid, calamari, cuttlefish...); make sure you adapt the cooking time according to the type of shellfish.
RECIPE STEPS

Put the squid still frozen in the metal bowl, cover with ¾ water et ½ glass of vinegar.
Run the program.

Add the peeled and washed potatoes then rerun the program.

Check that the squid is cooked with a fork (it must go in and out easily) as well as the potatoes.
If necessary, extend the cooking time by rerunning the program.

Put the squid in a bowl, cover it with the cooking water and let it cool down.
When the squid is lukewarm, remove the skin (with your hands or using a small knife), cut it in 2-3cm pieces, do the same with the potatoes and put it all on a plate.

Fit the food processing bowl with the mini bowl and chop the bunch of parsley using the program.
Add the olive oil and ½ of the lemon juice then quickly emulsify.
