75 ml cane sugar or maple syrup
2 lemon
4 lime

Combine the sparkling water and cane sugar (or maple) syrup in a jug.
- 1 L sparkling water
- 75 ml cane sugar or maple syrup

Squeeze the lemons and limes with the Citrus Press, using the yellow cone (for small citrus fruits).
Add the juice to the water and syrup mixture.

Clean the mint leaves and add them to the lemonade. Leave to infuse in the fridge and serve!
