
Silken Tofu Chocolate Mousse

349 g Silken Tofu
200 g Dark Chocolate (70%)
30 ml Maple Syrup
1 pinch Salt

Melt the chocolate.
- 200 g Dark Chocolate (70%)

Add all the ingredients into the food processor. Press AUTO and allow the machine to run for at least 20 seconds or until the mousse is completely smooth.
- 349 g Silken Tofu
- 200 g Dark Chocolate (70%)
- 30 ml Maple Syrup
- 1 pinch Salt

Spoon the mixture into bowls and refrigerate for 4 hours or overnight.

To serve, top with shaved chocolate and fresh raspberries.
