Choose slices of swordfish that are 1cm thick.

Halve the onion. Put the onion and garlic into the metal bowl and run the program.

Push the mixture down with the spatula. Add the tomatoes with 1 tbsp water and run the program.

Arrange the swordfish steaks on top of the baking parchment.
