150 g of wheat flour
250 g of diced ham
70 g of walnuts
100 ml of milk
3 beaten eggs
100 g of gruyère
1 sachet of baking powder (11 g)
2 tbsp of olive oil
0.5 tsp of pepper

This moist walnut & ham savoury cake can also be served as an aperitif, cut into small slices.
RECIPE STEPS

Preheat your oven to 180°C.
Butter the cake mould or line with baking paper.
- 1 tbsp of butter

Place the ingredients in the glass jug and mix launch the programme.
Stir with the spatula to ensure it is thoroughly blended.
- 150 g of wheat flour
- 250 g of diced ham
- 70 g of walnuts
- 100 ml of milk
- 3 beaten eggs
- 100 g of gruyère
- 1 sachet of baking powder (11 g)
- 2 tbsp of olive oil
- 0.5 tsp of pepper

Pour the mixture into the cake mould and bake for 40 minutes.

Serve with a salad.
