1 tbsp of butter

150 g of wheat flour

250 g of diced ham

70 g of walnuts

100 ml of milk

3 beaten eggs

100 g of gruyère

1 sachet of baking powder (11 g)

2 tbsp of olive oil

0.5 tsp of pepper

Chef's tip

This moist walnut & ham savoury cake can also be served as an aperitif, cut into small slices.

RECIPE STEPS

Preheat your oven to 180°C. Butter the cake mould or line with baking paper.
  • 1 tbsp of butter

Place the ingredients in the glass jug and mix launch the programme. Stir with the spatula to ensure it is thoroughly blended.
  • 150 g of wheat flour
  • 250 g of diced ham
  • 70 g of walnuts
  • 100 ml of milk
  • 3 beaten eggs
  • 100 g of gruyère
  • 1 sachet of baking powder (11 g)
  • 2 tbsp of olive oil
  • 0.5 tsp of pepper

Pour the mixture into the cake mould and bake for 40 minutes.

Serve with a salad.
