4 salmon fillets

100 ml white wine

Using the Julienne disc, cut small sticks of courgette by positioning the pieces of courgette horizontally in the chute.
Make small carrot and turnip sticks in the same way, still using the Julienne disc.

Slice the pepper and lemon using the 2mm slicer.

On baking parchment, add the different julienned vegetables (without mixing them).
Place the salmon on top and lightly sprinkle with the white wine. Add the dill and lemon, then season with salt and pepper.
- 100 ml white wine
- 4 salmon fillets
- 1 lemon
- 4 sprigs dill

Fold over the baking parchment and seal with kitchen twine or string.
Put in the Steamer or the oven at 180°C (gas mark 4) for about 20 minutes.

Half-open the salmon parcels just before serving.
