
Roasted Tomato and Feta Dip




1 bowl
500 g cherry tomatoes
200 g feta
50 g greek yoghurt
1 tsp oregano
1 garlic clove
2 tbsp olive oil
0.5 tsp salt
1 pinch pepper
1 pinch chilli

Preheat the oven to 180 °C fan.
Add the tomatoes, feta, olive oil, oregano & salt and pepper into a roasting dish and bake for 30-35 minutes.

Place the feta, half the tomatoes (without the juice), garlic & yogurt into the blender. Run the SMOOTHIE programme.

After the programme finishes, press and hold PULSE for 30 secs. Serve on top of thin, toasted slices of baguette, with 1 tomato and sprinkle over Turkish pepper flakes.
