375 g of ricotta

300 g of sugar

240 g of cream

1 zest of lemon

1 tsp of vanilla paste

150 g of pitted cherries in juice

Combine ricotta, sugar, cream, lemon zest & vanilla. Whisk until smooth.
  • 375 g of ricotta
  • 300 g of sugar
  • 240 g of cream
  • 1 zest of lemon
  • 1 tsp of vanilla paste

Pour mixture into Gelato Expert and press the GELATO function.

Approximately 20 minutes into the program, when the mixture is almost set, add the pitted cherries. The gelato is ready when the light begins to flash.
  • 150 g of pitted cherries in juice
