400 g of chickpeas
1 clove of garlic
50 g of tahini
30 ml of olive oil
350 g of roasted red peppers
30 ml of lemon juice
1 pinch of salt
1 pinch of pepper

Add all the ingredients to the large bowl of the food processor.
Press AUTO and allow the machine to run for 1-2 minutes until the hummus is smooth.
- 400 g of chickpeas
- 1 clove of garlic
- 50 g of tahini
- 30 ml of olive oil
- 350 g of roasted red peppers
- 30 ml of lemon juice
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 pinch of pepper

For a more course texture, run the machine for around 20-30 seconds.
Top with some olive oil and some chilli flakes for a bit of spice.

Just downloaded the app and found this recipe for Red Pepper Hummus as I have a batch of home cooked chick peas use up. It is absolutely sublime and will add to my favourites for sure.
