2 tsp of Provence herbs

1 pinch of salt

Out of season, always opt for tinned or jarred tomatoes (peeled, crushed, etc.).

RECIPE STEPS

Peel and finely chop the onion and garlic. Peel and dice all the vegetables.

Preheat the cocotte on high heat on a stove with a drizzle of olive oil, without the lid. As soon as the cocotte is hot, place the onion and garlic in it and sauté everything for 5 minutes while stirring with a wooden spoon.

Add all the vegetables as well as the tomato concentrate and continue cooking for 15 minutes. Stir occasionally with the wooden spoon.

Remove the cocotte from the stove and place it on its pre-installed stand on the Cook Expert. Add the herbs, salt, pepper and cover the cocotte. Run the program.

Stir from time to time. To reduce the sauce, place the lid at an angle at the end of cooking.
