4 tbsp of olive oil

4 onions

80 g of butter

2 pork tenderloin fillets

80 g of old-fashioned mustard

400 ml of liquid cream

1 sprig of thyme

1 sprig of rosemary

1 pinch of salt

1 pinch of pepper

Peel and slice the onions. Cut the tenderloins into 2 cm thick pieces.

Place the cocotte on the stove, add the oil and butter then preheat on high heat. As soon as the cocotte is hot, brown the pieces of filet mignon for 5 minutes on each side, salt and pepper. Set the meat aside.
  • 4 tbsp of olive oil
  • 80 g of butter
  • 2 pork tenderloin fillets
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 pinch of pepper

Remove the cocotte from the stove and place it on its pre-installed stand on the Cook Expert. Add the onions, remove the lid and run the program.

Add the mustard, the liquid cream, the thyme, the rosemary. Cover the cocotte then run the program.
  • 80 g of old-fashioned mustard
  • 400 ml of liquid cream
  • 1 sprig of thyme
  • 1 sprig of rosemary
Simmering | 10:00 / / 110°C

Gently place the pieces of pork tenderloin, cover the cocotte again, then restart the program.
