Heat the oven to 190 °C.

Place the peppers and the onion on a lined baking tray and bake for 35-45 minutes.
Turn them regularly.

When the skin of the peppers blackens and blisters, remove from the oven.
Use a small knife to peel off the skin. Discard of their seeds.

Put all the ingredients into the metal bowl.
Run the program.
