3 eggs

100 g of yogurt

125 ml of canola oil

250 g sugar

375 g plain flour

1 sachet baking powder (11 g)

4 pear halves in syrup

100 g chocolate chips

RECIPE STEPS

Preheat the oven to 180°C. Add the eggs, yoghurt, oil and sugar into the bowl fitted with the metal blade. Blend for 20 seconds.
  • 3 eggs
  • 250 g sugar
  • 100 g of yogurt
  • 125 ml of canola oil

Add the flour and baking powder. Blend for 20 seconds. If necessary, scrape down the wall of the bowl with a spatula.
  • 375 g plain flour
  • 1 sachet baking powder (11 g)

Add the pear halves (cut into large pieces) and the chocolate chips. Pulse twice.
  • 4 pear halves in syrup
  • 100 g chocolate chips

Butter and flour the muffin tin. Divide the mixture between the cups of the muffin tin, filling each cup approximately 3/4 full. Bake for about 20 to 25 minutes.
