800 ml single cream
2 vanilla pod
120 g sugar
4 leaves gelatine

To make it easier to turn out the panna cotta, run the moulds under hot water for a few seconds
RECIPE STEPS

Pour the ingredients and the scraped seeds of the vanilla pods into the metal bowl.
Run the program.
- 120 g sugar
- 800 ml single cream
- 2 vanilla pod

Cool for 10 minutes.

Soften the gelatine leaves in cold water for 5 minutes, squeeze to remove excess moisture and add to the metal bowl.

Pour the panna cotta mixture into ramekins and cool at room temperature.

Cover with clingfilm and refrigerate for 2-3 hours.

Put all the ingredients into the metal bowl.

- 200 g raspberries
- 100 g blueberries
- 50 g blackberries

At the end of the program, strain the coulis to remove the seeds.
Set aside to cool.
