1 loaf
1 sachet of dried yeast (5 g)
150 ml of warm water
100 g of strong bread flour
150 g of multigrain floor
1 tsp of salt

Add the yeast in the warm water and stir for 5 minutes or until fully dissolved.
Leave to rest for 10 minutes.

Add the flour, salt and yeast mixture into the bowl fitted with the dough hook. Switch on the machine and run for about 30 seconds until the dough has formed a ball.

Leave the dough to rise in a large bowl, covered with a damp cloth, for 1 hour at room temperature and away from drafts.

Lightly roll the dough and form a ball.
Place it on the baking tray lined with baking parchment and lightly dust with flour (using a sieve).
Make notches in the dough with a knife.

Prove the dough for 45 minutes under a dry cloth at room temperature and away from drafts.

Preheat the oven to 210°C.
Bake the bread for about 35 minutes.
