150 g of plain flour

1 sachet of baking powder (11 g)

1 pinch of salt

1 pinch of pepper

100 ml of olive oil

120 ml of warm milk

3 eggs

100 g of mozzarella

150 g of sundried tomatoes

2 sprigs of dried oregano

Heat the oven to 180°C.

Put the ingredients into the metal bowl and run the program.
  • 150 g of plain flour
  • 1 sachet of baking powder (11 g)
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 pinch of pepper
  • 100 ml of olive oil
  • 120 ml of warm milk
  • 3 eggs

Roughly chop the mozzarella and the sundried tomatoes.

Add the ingredients and run the program.

Line a greased loaf tin and pour in the mixture, bake for 45 minutes.

Check the loaf is cooked by inserting the tip of a knife into the centre (it should come out dry). If necessary, bake for a little longer.

Remove the loaf from the tin; enjoy warm or cold.
