You can find matcha tea powder in Asian grocery shops, delicatessens or organic shops.
RECIPE STEPS

Preheat your oven to 150 °C (th. 5).
Install the metal bowl and the whisk. Pour in the egg whites and salt, remove the cap from the lid and run the program.

Reserve and remove the mixer.
Place the squares of chocolate and the butter cut into cubes in the metal bowl then run the program.

- 70 g of butter

Fold in. Pour in the egg yolks, sugar, milk, matcha tea, flour and yeast then run the program.

Gently incorporate the egg whites into the reserved mixture, using the spatula.

Pour the batter into the previously buttered and lined mold.
Bake for 45 minutes.

Let the cake cool, unmold it and cut it into squares.
Decorate with melted white chocolate.
