0.25 cucumber
0.25 red pepper
0.5 garlic clove

Wash the vegetables.
Peel the cucumber. Remove the stalk, pith and seeds from the pepper.

Roughly chop the vegetables. Peel the garlic.
- 600 g tomatoes

- 0.25 red pepper
- 0.5 garlic clove

Process all the ingredients through the Extra Press for a smooth mixture (or use the Juice Filter if you would like a thinner mixture).

Season with salt, pepper and olive oil.
