4 pots
300 g of cashew nuts
1 pinch of fleur de sel
1 pinch of pepper
45 ml of yellow lemon juice
0.5 bunch of chives
0.5 tbsp of poppy seeds

Finely chop the chives and pour them into the mini glass bowl of the Blender. Add the rest of the ingredients and mix in manual mode at Speed 1.

Fold according to the texture, prepare in the bottom of the metal bowl then restart the mixing until you get the desired texture.
