1 bowl
2 garlic cloves
1 tbsp of tomato concentrate
2 egg yolks
1 pinch of cayenne pepper
1 g of saffron
200 ml of olive oil
1 pinch of salt
1 pinch of pepper

you can replace the saffron with paprika. Accompanies fried or poached fish, fish soup...

Prepare the mayonnaise with the emulsifier accessory, adding the garlic, saffron and chili.
