300 g of strong bread flour

1 tsp of salt
1 tsp of cumin
0.5 tsp of curry
30 g of gruyère

Add 165 ml water and the yeast into the metal bowl then run the programme.
The programme will stop after one minute.

Add ingredients into the metal bowl then press Auto to finish the programme.
Set aside grated cheddar.
- 300 g of strong bread flour
- 20 ml of olive oil
- 1 tsp of salt
- 1 tsp of cumin
- 0.5 tsp of curry

Transfer the ball of dough from the bowl to a deep dish. Cover with a damp cloth and leave for 30 minutes at room temperature and away from draughts.

Preheat your oven to 200°C.
Shape the dough by hand into sausages that are 1 cm in diameter and 10 cm in length. Transfer them onto a baking tray covered with baking paper.
Sprinkle the breadsticks with the cheese before baking.

Bake for 10 minutes for soft breadsticks and 15 to 20 minutes for crunchy breadsticks.
