170 g red pepper
30 ml olive oil
120 g tahini
40 ml lemon juice
2 garlic clove
5 g tabasco
2 boxes chickpeas
1 tsp cumin
1 pinch salt
1 pinch pepper

Add all the ingredients into the bowl and run the programme:
speed 1/10 seconds then speed 2/20 seconds.
- 120 ml water
- 170 g red pepper
- 30 ml olive oil
- 40 ml lemon juice
- 2 garlic clove
- 5 g tabasco
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 pinch pepper
- 1 tsp cumin
- 120 g tahini
- 2 boxes chickpeas

Use the spatula to scrape down the wall of the bowl if needed.
