Put the onions into the metal bowl and run the program.

If necessary, scrape down the wall of the bowl and rerun the program.

Set the mixture aside.
Pour 0.5L water into the metal bowl and fit the steamer basket.

Cut the potatoes in 3-4cm cubes and rinse in cold water.
Place the potatoes in the steamer basket and run the program.

At the end of the program, check that the potatoes are completely cooked. If not, continue cooking by rerunning the program.

Discard the cooking liquid in the metal bowl and install the whisk.
Put the ingredients into the metal bowl and run the program.

To obtain the desired consistency, increase the time and/or add a little more milk if necessary.

Heat the oven to 210°C.

Brush an ovenproof dish with the remaining butter and put the meat mixture into it.

Spread the mashed potatoes on top, smooth the surface with a spatula/
Sprinkle with breadcrumbs and the grated cheese. Bake for 20 minutes, until browned.

the meat was dry and bland
Step 2 speed 3 might be to high making mince to fine .will try lower next time …
