120 ml of semi-skimmed milk
1 tsp dried yeast
300 g of bread flour
35 g of soft butter
1 egg
50 g of sugar
1 pinch of salt
90 g of brown sugar
40 g of salted butter
2 tbsp of cinnamon

Add the milk and the yeast into the metal bowl and run the programme.

Add the flour, soft butter, whole egg, white sugar and salt then run the programme.

The programme will stop after a minute: press Auto to finish the programme.

Form the dough into a ball and place into a deep dish.
Cover with a damp cloth and leave to rest for 1 hour at room temperature and away from draughts.

Mix the sugar, softened butter and cinnamon into a paste.
Set the mixture aside.

- 40 g of salted butter
- 2 tbsp of cinnamon

Preheat your oven to 180°C.
Cover a work surface with baking paper and lightly flour it.
Roll out the dough into a rectangle about 15cm x 30cm and 1/2cm thick.

Cover the entire surface of the dough with the cinnamon mixture.
Roll the dough up lengthwise and cut it into pieces about 2cm thick.

Place the pieces flat on a baking tray covered with baking paper and bake for 15 to 20 minutes.

Mix the icing sugar with 10 ml of water in a bowl.
Pour the sugar mixture into a piping bag with a very fine tip and coat the cinnamon rolls when they have cooled.
