4 eggs

180 g of dark chocolate

40 g of butter

60 g of sugar

50 g of plain flour

50 ml of crème fraîche

1 pinch of salt

Make sure the metal bowl is perfectly clean and dry. Install the whisk and place the egg whites in it (keep the yolks for step 3) with a pinch of salt. Remove the cap and run the program.

Store in a cool container.

Place the chocolate and butter in the metal bowl then run the program.

Restart the program. Add the egg yolks, sugar, and flour through the opening while the program is running.

Pour the mixture into a container.

Gently fold the beaten egg whites into the chocolate mixture using a spatula. Pour the mixture into ramekins, then cover them with cling film.

Install the XXL steam basket with the ramekins and run the program.
