200 g of dark chocolate

100 g of butter

2 egg yolks

30 ml of milk

1 tsp of cinnamon

3 tbsp of unsweetened cocoa

1 tsp of bitter almond flavor

You can replace the cinnamon with 1 tsp of fleur de sel for chocolate and fleur de sel truffles.

In the metal bowl, put the chocolate pieces and butter, then run the program.
  • 200 g of dark chocolate
  • 100 g of butter

Fold in and add the egg yolks, bitter almond, milk and cinnamon then run the program.

  • 30 ml of milk
  • 1 tsp of cinnamon
  • 1 tsp of bitter almond flavor

Let it rest for 2 hours in a bowl covered with cling film, until the dough hardens.

Put the cocoa in a plate and scoop out the dough with a small spoon. Form a ball in your hands and roll it in the cocoa. Repeat until the mixture is used up.
