100 g of butter
2 egg yolks
30 ml of milk
1 tsp of cinnamon
3 tbsp of unsweetened cocoa
1 tsp of bitter almond flavor

In the metal bowl, put the chocolate pieces and butter, then run the program.

Let it rest for 2 hours in a bowl covered with cling film, until the dough hardens.

Put the cocoa in a plate and scoop out the dough with a small spoon.
Form a ball in your hands and roll it in the cocoa.
Repeat until the mixture is used up.
