200 g sugar
1 tsp lemon zest
355 ml fresh grapefruit juice
30 ml half a lemon

Place all ingredients into the MAGIMIX GELATO EXPERT. Run the machine on the GRANITA programme.
- 375 ml champagne
- 200 g sugar
- 1 tsp lemon zest
- 355 ml fresh grapefruit juice
- 30 ml half a lemon
