200 g cashew nuts

Soak the cashews in water for at least 8 hours.
- 200 g cashew nuts

Rinse the soaked cashews with water. Process them using the Extra Press, adding the cashews in small amounts at a time and alternate with adding the same amount of water.
Be sure to pour the water gradually in a thin stream.
- 200 g cashew nuts
- 600 ml water

Filter the cashew milk to remove the pulp and collect the pulp in the Juice filter.
Keep the cashew pulp to make energy bars (see recipe on pg 77)
