300 g of strong bread flour
1 tsp of salt
30 ml of semi-skimmed milk

Add the yeast in the warm water and stir for 5 minutes or until fully dissolved.
Leave to rest for 10 minutes.

Fit the bowl with the dough hook and add the flour, salt, milk, egg, melted butter, sugar and dissolved yeast. Switch the machine on and run for about 30 seconds, until the dough forms a ball.

Leave the dough to rise in a large bowl, covered with a damp cloth, for 2 hour at room temperature and away from drafts.

Preheat your oven to 200°C.
Divide the dough into 4 and form balls. Place them on a baking tray lined with baking parchment and gently flatten the dough balls. Leave them to rest covered with a dry cloth for 30 minutes, at room temperature and away from drafts.

Brush the tops of the dough balls with milk (using a pastry brush) and sprinkle with sesame and pumpkin seeds. Bake for 15 minutes.
