200 g of tofu

0.5 L of hot water

200 g of mushrooms

2 large carrots

1 leek

40 g of plain flour

40 g of olive oil

1 vegetable bouillon cube

1 pinch of salt

1 pinch of pepper

1 pinch of nutmeg

Put some water to boil.

Roughly chop the leek. Peel and slice the carrots. Put the hot water in the metal bowl and add salt.
