150 g of sugar
200 g of plain flour
75 ml of crème fraîche
1 pinch of salt
1 sachet of baking powder (11 g)
30 g of butter
2 tbsp of icing sugar

This is a delicious cake to serve with cream. The second time I made it I used 300gms of fresh Jackfruit and 300gms of a Jackfruit Strudel I had made. I served it with thickened cream and a Raspberry Coulis. It was truly delicious.
