SERVES 4-6 :

1 small pumpkin (about 500g)

2 garlic cloves

1/2 lemon, juiced

2 tbsp tahini pasta

400 g can chickpeas

1 red pepper, deseeded

1 yellow pepper, deseeded

Olive oil

  • 1- Cut off the top of the pumpkin. Quarter the pumpkin, remove the seeds and place in the steamer basket with the skin on. Run the STEAM programme. 10 minutes/110°C. When you can easily push a knife through the pumpkin, it is ready.
  • 2- Remove the skin from the pumpkin and add to the main food processor bowl along with the lemon juice, tahini paste, peppers and chickpeas. Season with salt and press AUTO. Process until you achieve a smooth consistency, adding more olive oil if it's too thick.
