250 ml custard
2 tsp ground cinnamon
230 g pears in syrup, drained
1The day before, pour the custard into an ice cube tray and freeze for at least 24 hours.
2When you are ready to make the ice cream, place the pears in the blender jug, followed by the custard cubes and cinnamon. Turn the selector to the "desserts" setting and blend for 1 minute to achieve a smooth, uniform consistency.
