Juice the lemon half.
- 0.5 lemon

In the mini bowl, add all the ingredients and carefully close.
Make a homogenous mixture by running the programme:
speed 2/15 seconds.
- 160 g pitted olives
- 10 g anchovies in olive oil
- 1 tsp mustard
- 50 ml olive oil
- 1 pinch pepper
- 0.5 lemon

Make a paste by running the programme:
speed 3/20 seconds.
