150 g strawberries
25 g rolled oats
100 g banana
1 tbsp honey
125 ml soy milk
2 strawberries
40 g cereal of your choice
40 g apple
20 g pumpkin seeds

Hull the strawberries, peel the banana and cut them into pieces.
Add the ingredients to the Blender and run the programme:
speed 2/5 seconds then speed 4/30 seconds.

- 100 g banana
- 1 tbsp honey
- 125 ml soy milk

Pour the mixture into a bowl and add the muesli, chopped strawberries, a few apple slices and pumpkin seeds on top.
